Who is this course for?

This course is a great fit for current RevOps professionals that are currently leveraging HubSpot for Marketing Automation, CRM or CX Operations. This course is an especially good fit for those currently in a RevOps role looking to immediately implement a highly structured methodology into their current HubSpot instance, while also learn RevOps strategy and system best practices along the way.

This course was designed for and can accommodate international students as the program is fully remote and sessions are available on-demand.

What is the time commitment?

Students can expect to spend between 4-7 hours per module on recorded content, office hours, peer group sessions, and independent study combined throughout the course.

What if the schedule doesn't work for me?

This course is available on-demand, so you can consume the lectures at your own pace. Office hours are available based on Natalie's availability and can typically accommodate students in most time zones.

How many people will be in class with me?

This course is on-demand, so there is no limit or cap on students.

The cohort experience will include a private Slack channel in the RevOps Co-op to connect with fellow students and as you work through the coursework. We will also include regular office hours with the instructor and small group meetings with other members of the cohort.

Why does it cost money?

Tuition is set at a level that allows our staff and instructor to offer the best possible training. We believe our graduates will be well-equipped to implement their learnings immediately into their orgs, and position them for growth.

Natalie Furness

I've been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to work + learn from talented marketing automation and data experts internationally.

My core strength are in the strategic development and implementation end to end customer experiences using CRM, Marketing, Sales and Support automation tools. in addition, I utilize no-code and low-code tools, integrated into systems to automate operations.

The management of customer data through systems is some thing that I am passionate about. I attribute this passion to my technical training in healthcare informatics - where I worked to improve the flow of patient health records through systems. I enjoy building systems for efficient and effective revenue operations, including effective reporting systems. I thank my background in science for my ability to design reporting systems that focus on statistical significance.
