  6. Value Management: Communicating the value of Revenue Operations to Leadership (45 minutes)
  7. Commercial Architecture: Architecting your go to market to maximize return on selling investments and assets  (30 Minutes)
  8. Data Management: Using data, analytics & AI to better plan, execute and measure across the entire revenue cycle (30 minutes)
  9. Operationalizing Your Rev Ops Strategy - Smart actions you can take to create impact with limited risk and investment (30 minutes)
  10. Future of Rev Ops & Certification Exam (20 Minutes)
