Activating Your CRM Data with Revenue Grid’s AI-Powered Assistants

So you have data in your CRM…now what? We've relied on tools like Salesforce for decades, but CRM automation still has a lot of challenges. Luckily, Revenue Grid has built an AI-guided selling platform that helps your sellers focus on selling, not data entry. Join Vlad Voskresensky, CEO and Co-Founder at Revenue Grid, to see a demo of their CRM-integrated, AI-powered pipeline and meeting assistants.

"What we really need out of CRM activities is knowledge. We need facts on which we can rely, and we need to make decisions on top of that." - Vlad Voskresensky

As a Revenue Action Platform, Revenue Grid takes activity capture to the next level with AI-powered assistants that help sales reps and sales managers extract facts from their data and automate repeatable routines like pipeline cleansing, generating more leads, and conducting research about their buyers.

Revenue Grid Pipeline Assistant

"You don't need to interrogate your sales rep or re-read all of his emails or activities to know what is really going on in an opportunity." - Vlad Voskresensky

The Revenue Grid Pipeline Assistant uses an AI layer to help enrich your pipeline data and pull out insights. By combining CRM data with emails, calendar meetings, chat messaging, meeting recordings, and other sources, the Pipeline Assistant can show you more than what's available in a standard opportunity view.

Before a sales rep meets with their manager, the AI assistant completes the discovery stage of reviewing the pipeline. Using data from similar deals, you'll know whether the opportunity is real, whether it should be closed-lost or pushed to the next quarter, or if it will close on time.

The assistant also runs periodic status updates and generates account summaries that extract facts from your data to help sales managers understand what's happening with each deal during a forecast meeting.

Revenue Grid Meeting Assistant

"The real opportunities we have are not the opportunities in the CRM, but the meetings in our calendar." - Vlad Voskresensky

The AI Meeting Assistant helps sellers prep for their meetings the right way by surfacing relevant information in a memo ahead of the meeting. The memo can include data from your internal systems, CRM, Google search, LinkedIn, and even social media for each of the attendees, giving you more chances to engage.

The assistant also prepares meeting objectives driven by your playbooks, the opportunity status, deal size, discount policies, and even your sales methodology. You're also given an evaluation: A short summary that includes information about potential competitors and recommendations. Any action items are automatically converted into follow-up tasks in your CRM.
